The Corporate Teams programming philosophy brings together the hard-hitting insights of team and leadership assessments with action-based experiential initiatives. This powerful combination provides teams and leaders the opportunity to put learning into action and drive performance results within their teams.
Corporate Teams action-based programming uses a suite of profiles that includes:
Working with leadership teams of 5 to 500, the Corporate Teams model has challenged the best of teams to think efficiently and effectively in a dynamic environment. Using a 4-part model, Corporate Teams delivers results based programming that engages individuals and teams to embrace the knowledge and concepts of individual and team profile assessments and effectively implement strategies upon return to the workplace.
THINK TEAM Foundation:
Teams and Leaders develop strategies for team communication based on
team or individual profile results. Active discussions; team based initiatives; strategy development; and action planning provide teams with the opportunity to put their profiles into action.
ENGAGE TEAM Briefing:
Teams are introduced to the action-based experiential initiatives. This is where the teams are able to ‘try-on’ the learning of the
individual and team profile assessments and put new skills into action. Teams are briefed on the ‘race rules’ of the Team Performance Challenge and then engage in a brief strategy session to prepare for the actual challenge.
ACTION Team Performance Challenge:
The adventure begins as teams navigate through a series of problem-solving activities and exercises. All activities are customized to the learning objectives of the group. Each challenge provides the opportunity to earn revenue based on the team strategy employed. It’s not the fastest team that wins, but rather the smartest team!
MANAGE TEAM Management:
The fast paced intensity of the Team Performance Challenge provides the opportunity for teams to apply valuable lessons and insights from
individual and team profile results. These learning’s are used to put together an Individual or TEAM Action Plan. Strategies and actions are identified, developed and prioritized. Timelines and measurements are established to manage the on-going impact of these strategic initiatives.
