The EQ-i 2.0 Model measures both emotional and social/workplace skills. Both of these areas can be developed over time with increased personal awareness and understanding. The EQ-i 2.0 Model provides a detailed understanding of how your use your emotions while you process information, problem-solve, make decisions, and structure your world.

How Do I Begin with the EQ-i 2.0 Profile?
Each Profile includes a private debriefing/coaching session with a certified EQ-i 2.0 associate. The profile will be completed on-line with results delivered immediately upon completion.
Our certified associate will provide you with a profile results overview to prepare you for the custom debrief/coaching session. This session will provide the individual with insight into areas of strength and challenge areas. An accountability plan will be outlined to help focus priority areas of improvement. Associated measures will be discussed to determine important milestones for progress over time.
