The Tampa Scavenger Sneak!

Teams race through the streets of Tampa (on foot or on bike) in search of the history that brought this gem of a city to life!  The objective is for each team to locate and photograph each point of interest from a long list of possible choices.  The key is to work quickly under the pressure of time, develop a strategy that will earn the team the highest potential revenue points, and implement the plan effectively and efficiently. 

It is not the fastest team that wins, it is the smartest team.  Teams must manage their time and resources to earn as many revenue points as possible in the designated ‘race time’.  Teams are given a team stipend that can be used for transportation, information sources, or snacks while they are traveling through Tampa Scavenger Sneak. 

The clock stops as teams’ cross the finish line.  Passports are collected and performance revenue totals are tallied.  The teams review their race performance with laughter and disbelief.   They are sure their team has earned the most revenue!  The judges have the final revenue totals.  Teams gather together anxiously waiting to hear the results.  And the winners are?

Adventure in Action:

The group heads off on foot or hops onto bikes in search of clue destinations.  Once a clue is uncovered, the group will solve the riddle and learn the way to the next clue location.  The objective is to find and photograph as many clue locations as possible in the designated period of time.
 

Celebration & Awards:

The group navigates to the finish!  Which teams are the winners?  Celebration and Awards conclude the event as participants reminisce of their adventures!
