Managing Change for Breakthrough Teams

Today’s business climate requires companies to maneuver through change with limited resources, tighter timelines and increased competition.  Teams that are able to manage the fine balance of evaluating change as opportunities versus obstacles are teams that successfully ‘breakthrough’ challenges and achieve high performance results.
