What Does Corporate Teams Provide?

Corporate Teams provides a professionally facilitated team building event combined with the gift of giving.  Our teams of facilitators deliver a program that requires teams to think quickly, work together collaboratively and problem solve efficiently to earn supplies.  A series of intensely competitive team challenges keeps the energy high as teams demonstrate efficient team work to earn the parts needed to build their bike or to select the supplies to create the best care package.
From the start, Corporate Teams handles everything required behind the scenes to prepare for the program.  Your job is to show up the day of the event.  To give you an idea of what goes into the event here is a partial list of logistics that ensure that the program you receive is of the highest quality.

• Identify and coordinate with the recipient organization.  For kid events, we arrange for the kids to be on-site (as a surprise to your team) to receive their gifts.  For our gift/care package events we coordinate shipment of the finished packages to the recipients.
• All equipment and supplies are ordered, delivered, and organized while working with the hotel staff (if the event is held off-site) or with your shipping/receiving department.
• The facilitation team keeps the event moving while monitoring team challenges.  We typically have a ratio of 5 teams per facilitator to ensure a seamless delivery of the program.  These events are dynamic and require a tight team of facilitators to make sure that participants are guided effectively and efficiently throughout the process.
