Tyler and Sydney are heading west in their new wagon! And of course they need to have supplies to make the journey! School supplies and fun kid gear for their wagon are loaded and off they go. Decorated with materials that reflect the Old West, Tyler and Sydney are all smiles as they wait to lead the Wagon Train West.
The Wagons West Charity Event is the opportunity for your team to combine a fun and collaborative team building program with the opportunity to give back to the local community. Corporate Teams works with your organization to select the perfect charitable organization and coordinates having kids in need on-site to receive their Wagon.
The group is put into teams of 5 to 6 participants. Each team will be responsible for assembling one or two wagons. Sounds easy enough but not so quick! Teams compete for building materials, tools, and decorations as they race through a series of collaborative team challenges. A diversity of fast-paced adventure challenges, mind-boggling team twisters, and team development activities tests the best of teams to collaborate and effectively work together.
The result? Your team learns how to work together effectively under the pressure of time and competition and Tyler and Sydney or one of the many other children will forever enjoy their Wagons West adventure! And that’s not all. Your team can stand back and feel the gratitude of giving back to the community as you see the smiles of the kids and their families and know that you have made a difference in their lives.

We require a minimum of three weeks to coordinate this event. Working collaboratively with your team organizer, we will determine the appropriate number of Wagons to be assembled, the number of teams, level of collaborative team activities and the recipient charitable organization(s). Each program is customized to fit the timeframe and objectives of the organization.
The program can be conducted indoors or outdoors. From corporate conference rooms to hotel ballrooms and city parks, we deliver the Wagons West event virtually anywhere. In order to keep an element of surprise, we recommend that the participants and recipients are not told that they will be coming together. The spontaneity of that moment is so much more impactful when both parties are surprised!
The program can be delivered in as little as 2 ½ hours and as long as 4 hours depending on the level of collaborative team building activities built into the program. Some clients want to balance the lessons of teamwork with the building of the wagons thus requiring a slightly longer timeframe.
