Program Summary:

Successful and admired leaders of today need to be consciously aware of how their communication styles can influence and motivate teams.  Whether you are a team leader, team manager or team member, development of high performance influencing skills drives team results and engages team members into action.

Leadership
The Leadership Influence program uses the Team Management Profile to provide leaders with an understanding of how the eight functions of work drive all team processes.  Leaders will increase their knowledge of how to balance a team across these work functions, identify team member strengths, develop team gap areas, and organize a team into action.

Leadership Influence increases the results of team performance under dynamic conditions using a comprehensive set of experiential learning tools to help today’s leaders develop and motivate team members.  Team transformation occurs when leaders return to the workplace and coach their teams on how to balance the functions of teamwork and create a high performance team that drives action and achieves results.
