Using a 4-part model, Corporate Teams delivers results based programming that engages individuals and teams to embrace the concepts of the MBTI language and effectively implement strategies upon return to the workplace. The timing of each segment of the 4-part program model is flexible based on half-day versus full day program deliveries. Full day programs allow for the inclusion of more activities in the MBTI Adventure Challenge.
THINK MBTI Foundation: To get the group comfortable with each other and the process, we provide an overview of the workshop, engage the group in a fun icebreaker activity and outline the integration of the MBTI with experiential activity and delivery.
ENGAGE MBTI Principles: Individual team members are introduced to the MBTI concepts and principles while engaging in active discussion, interactive processes, applications to the workplace and action planning. Discussion is focused on each of the four MBTI personality preference measures: Sensing/Intuition; Thinking/Feeling; Extraversion/Introversion; Judging/Perceiving.
Once the principles of MBTI have been fully presented and discussed with the group, we will distribute individual MBTI reports based on the online instrument completed prior to the workshop. Participants are able to integrate their results with the rich knowledge behind the MBTI and begin the process of increasing understanding between team members.
ACTION MBTI Adventure Challenge: The group is put into pre-determined teams based on client objectives. Teams are then introduced to the action-based experiential initiatives. This is where teams are able to ‘try-on’ the learning of the MBTI and put new skills into action. Teams are briefed on the rules of the MBTI Adventure Challenge and then engage in a brief strategy session to prepare for the actual challenge.
The adventure begins as teams navigate through a series of problem-solving activities and exercises. All activities are customized to the learning objectives of the group. Each challenge provides the opportunity to earn performance revenues based on the team strategy employed. It’s not the fastest team that wins, but rather the smartest team!
MANAGE MBTI Management: The fast paced intensity of the MBTI Adventure Challenge provides the opportunity for teams to apply valuable lessons and insights of MBTI principles with the results of their experiential activities. These learning’s are used to put together an Individual or TEAM Action Plan. Strategies and actions are identified, developed and prioritized. Timelines and measurements are established to manage the on-going impact of the strategic initiatives based on MBTI preferences.
