Hole-In-One provides teams the opportunity to create a vision, develop a strategy, implement a solution, and improve upon performance all while under the pressure of time. Sounds a lot like the day-to-day work environment? That’s the intent!
Teams are tested continuously under the fast-paced conditions of today’s competitive workplace. The Hole-In-One activity emulates this environment in a fun and competitive event for groups from five to five hundred.
Each team receives a set of equipment and materials. The objective is to build a life-size maze that will carry a golf ball and result in a
Hole-In-One. Teams work with a variety of materials to create a life-size maze that a golf ball will travel through before hitting the green and hopefully making a
Hole-In-One. Sounds easy enough – but building the maze is only one piece of the equation. Teams earn points on the following:
