
The Adventure Challenge is a competitive and dynamic multi-activity event that provides the perfect analogy to the fast-paced business environment of today’s global workplace. Working in teams, participants must quickly and efficiently strategize and execute solutions to diverse challenges with enough time to improve upon process and earn bonus revenues. Sounds easy enough but the Adventure Challenge isn’t about speed. The team’s that perform best are not the fastest teams but rather the smartest teams.
Adventure Challenges are customized to the group. From teams of 5 to 500, events can be held anywhere in the world. Our team takes advantage of the local area. Whether indoors in a hotel ballroom or outdoors in a park or wilderness area, events are designed based on venue, size of the group, timeframe of the program, and activity level desired. The Adventure Challenge is a high energy and competitive event that leaves teams ready to return to the workplace with a renewed sense of collaboration and team spirit in the pursuit of the next level of team performance.
The Adventure Challenge follows a four-part model:

TEAM Foundation: Teams launch into a discovering how the TEAM model applies to the challenges of today’s dynamic work environment. Key objectives of the group are aligned to the Adventure Challenge.
TEAM Briefing: The race rules of the Team Performance Challenge are revealed. Teams begin to develop strategies as they prepare for the intensity of competition.
TEAM Adventure Challenge: The adventure begins as teams quickly maneuver from one challenge to another. A series of collaborative initiatives and adventure activities challenge teams to think quickly and implement their plans with speed and precision.
Activities are customized to the abilities and desires of the group. They may include: hiking and navigation, team challenges, problem solving exercises, bike scavenger hunts, boat races, rock climbing, collaborative activities, innovative exercises, etc. Each challenge provides the opportunity to earn performance revenues based on the strategy selected.
TEAM Management: This is where the Adventure Challenge learning meets the workplace. The fast paced intensity of the Team Performance Challenge provides the opportunity for teams to identify valuable team insights. These learning’s are used to put together a TEAM Action Plan. Strategies and actions are identified, developed and prioritized. Timelines and measurements are established to manage the on-going impact of these strategic initiatives.
