TEAM Adventure Challenge: The adventure begins as teams quickly maneuver from one challenge to another. A series of collaborative initiatives and adventure activities challenge teams to think quickly and implement their plans with speed and precision.
Activities are customized to the abilities and desires of the group. They may include: hiking and navigation, team challenges, problem solving exercises, bike scavenger hunts, collaborative activities, innovative exercises, etc. Each challenge provides the opportunity to earn revenue based on the strategy selected. It’s not the fastest team that wins, but rather the smartest team!

MANAGE
TEAM Management: This is where outdoor learning meets the workplace. The fast paced intensity of the TEAM Adventure Challenge provides the opportunity for teams to identify valuable team insights. These learning’s are used to put together a TEAM Action Plan. Strategies and actions are identified, developed and prioritized. Timelines and measurements are established to manage the on-going impact of these strategic initiatives.
