No Singing Required in this High Energy Team Performance Event
Get your team into motion with our new Corporate Teams Dancing with Your Team Teambuilding! This intensely creative, highly energetic, and incredibly collaborative program brings together teams to design, implement, and perform a ‘Dancing with Your Team’ experience.
Program Overview
Stand up and get ready! A classic song is selected that crosses generational boundaries and the group is ready to go. Teams are created with each team responsible for creating a 'segment' of the overall Dancing with Your Team performance. Each team will 'design, choreograph, and execute' a slice of the song. Your team may be responsible for 30 seconds of an overall song with the goal of making that 30 seconds rock! Working in simulated 'virtual environment' each team will work their piece of the song into a well-performed 'Dancing with Your Team' performance. Ultimately, the entire group will be reunited to 'integrate the performance'. The result is an extremely charged event that gets teams members working together collaboratively and creatively while having the time of their lives. This is sure to be an 'out of the box' team building experience that will never be forgotten.
What If Team Members are Hesitant to Perform?
There are roles for everyone on the team. For team members that may not feel comfortable performing, there are a variety of roles that are available that support the team: Virtual Team Leaders; Team Managers; Music Technicians; etc. For those team members that do want to move into action, no prior 'Dancing with Your Team' experience is necessary! The moves are easy and the music is classic. The challenge is getting the entire team in 'sync'. That's where the teamwork and collaboration come into play.
Requirements & Logistics
You may choose to keep the performance 'internal' to your teambuilding session OR you can hit the streets of the area and perform in public. Corporate Teams will manage the entire process for a public performance including the options for: locations; permit requirements; timing; audio; and video support. Dancing with Your TeamTeams involve everyday team members engaging in a fun way to bring smiles to those around. Teams can be videotaped so the performance can be shared with other team members in the company. Who knows, maybe this will spark an internal competition for 'Happy Team' Performances?
