Next participants engage step into action with a briefing that outlines the rules of engagement for the entire program. Simulating a competitive environment, team members are energized to perform!

Action

The overall objective for each team is to complete a series of Strategic Team Building Challenges that test the best of teams to work together efficiently and effectively. Upon completion of each Challenge, teams earn valuable supplies for their gift baskets (beans, dips, salsas, brownies, cookies, coffee, teas, chili, soups, etc). Creativity and innovation play a key role as gift baskets are put together, decorated, designed and customized for a recipient in need.

Results

Upon completion of the gift baskets, team members engage in an active dialogue that highlights the key takeaways for increasing team performance and the importance of community giving. Completed baskets can then be donated to another recipient organization or your team can choose to give them as corporate client gifts.

Requirements & Logistics

Corporate Teams delivers two different charity team building program options. Both support the Women's Bean Project through the purchase of basket products and supplies. The key difference is who your team chooses as the end recipient of the finished baskets.

Women's Bean Project Charity Giveaway โ€” Your team will assemble and decorate gift baskets that will be delivered to another recipient organization in need of healthy food products. These baskets are filled with food items for families and individuals in need.

Women's Bean Project Corporate Gift Basket Challenge โ€” Your team supports the Women's Bean Project by assembling, designing, and customizing gift baskets that your company will 'gift' to clients. Present your customers with the choice of Office Party Baskets, Sweet Treats, or Gourmet Baskets that include a customized message/products from your company.

Whichever program option your team chooses โ€” your company will truly make the difference in the lives of the women supported by the Women's Bean Project.
