Corporate Teams was founded by Liz Hafer in 1995 after a successful career as a Sales Executive with Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC). Liz created Corporate Teams to provide both intensive team and leadership development training to organizations across the world in addition to the management, design and execution of team building events for companies seeking active adventure combined with valuable learning objectives.

Ramona Kent, Chief Business Development Officer and Master Facilitator

Ramona Kent spent the past 23 years in the corporate world as a senior level executive in sales and marketing with Proctor & Gamble, Western Union, Orange Glo International, WhiteWave Foods and CleanWell. Ramona brings her passion, enthusiasm and expertise to Corporate Teams in her role as Chief Business Development Officer and Master Facilitator.
