Andrea Costantine joined Corporate Teams in 2012 as a lead facilitator. Throughout her career she has worked with companies helping them to increase communication and collaboration. She believes that in order for change to be made within an organization, people must experience a sense of connectedness to both their company and the people they interact with most.
Andrea earned a Master’s Degree in Counseling Studies and is a certified coach. She is an engaging facilitator promoting relationship building and collaboration across teams. Andrea also shares her expertise speaking on the topics of community building and creating connection. She is the author and co-author of six books. Her most recent release is Connected: 101 Ways to Be of Service and Create Community.
Andrea has facilitated events across many corporate industries that include: PepsiCo, Enterprise, Hewlett Packard, MetLife, Janssen Pharmaceuticals, Audi, Experian, Chubb, Boeing, Gilead Sciences, and the University of Colorado.
