The Denver Team Adrenaline Rush is perfect for a team that isn’t afraid to move into action! Denver has over 4,000 acres of traditional parks and parkways which include 2,500 urban natural acres, over 300 acres of parks designated Rivers & Trails and an additional 14,000 acres of spectacular mountain parks. Located just 15 miles east of the foothills providing an awe-inspiring backdrop to the snow-capped peaks of the Rocky Mountains, Denver team building events make a lasting impression.
Combining a group of high-intensity activities, teams compete to earn performance points while moving through a fast-paced competitive race. The format can include: bikes; kayaks or canoes; foot navigation; public transportation; swimming or float tubes; climbing walls; and customized adventure activities. Teams of 5-7 are put together in a competitive race format. The overall objective is not speed – but rather strategy and effective execution. Which team(s) will be able to earn the most revenue points in each race segment? It takes efficient teamwork, dynamic leadershifting, and focused communication all while performing under the time clock. It’s not the fastest team that wins – rather the smartest team! The clock ticks down to the starting time and the race begins! Teams arrive at the first adrenaline challenge and must quickly strategize and put their plan into action in the most efficient way possible. How many teams will jump right into the task? How many teams will look at the bigger picture before proceeding? Who is the real team anyway?
The race clock relentlessly ticks as teams navigate from one activity to another. Each team moves forward confidently knowing that hard earned revenues can be lost if the team is late to the next challenge! Tension builds as team passports are stamped, revenues are collected and teams race to the finish.
The clock stops as teams reach the finish line. Team passports are collected and revenue totals are tallied. The teams review their race performance with laughter and disbelief. They are confident their team has earned the most performance revenue! The judges have the final revenue totals. Teams gather together anxiously waiting to hear the results. And the winners are?
The program will begin at a central location in the selected ‘Field of Play Area’ with teams gathered for the ‘Team Foundation’ and ‘Team Briefing’. Teams will learn the rules of engagement for the overall event.
Teams engage in intensely collaborative ‘active’ problem-solving challenges that require strategic thinking and effective communications.
Teams reconvene for a short team debrief and team results! From mid-level teams to executive teams, this Event requires strong collaboration to achieve results. It’s not the fastest team that wins – it is the smartest team!
