DiSC Profiles & Assessments – The DiSC Suite of Products now includes more comprehensive reporting options that address performance for individual team members, management, or sales professionals. The traditional DiSC model (DiSC Classic) is based on a forced choice questionnaire consisting of 28 questions. This latest advancement now provides a ‘scale of measurement’ using a series of 79 questions with answers completed on a dimension of intensity. This newer format provides a number of advantages to team members.

Myers Briggs Type Indicator – The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is the most widely used personality profile assessment in the world today. Developed in the 1940′s by Katharine Cook Briggs and Isabel Briggs Myers, the MBTI assessment was created to make Carl Jung’s theory of human personality understandable and useful in everyday life.The MBTI provides the identification and description of 16 distinctive personality types that result from the interactions among individual preferences.

Team Management Systems - Successful and admired leaders of today need to be consciously aware of how their communication styles can influence and motivate teams.  The Team Management Profile (TMP) provides an enhanced understanding of a leader’s approach to work and how individual strengths can best be used in a team environment.

This highly effective tool provides a snap-shot of team performance and identifies the specific areas of strength or challenge within a team.   The Five Dysfunctions of a Team Model looks at five key areas of team performance: Team Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, Inattention to Results.
