Get your team ready to move into action with this high energy and intensely collaborative challenge that combines meaningful team building with community giving! Your team will put smiles on the patients at Children’s Hospital by decorating and filling backpacks with fun and surprises. The overall challenge requires teams to successfully engage and complete a series of innovative team challenges that will earn them the next set of supplies for their backpacks. But that is not all that is required! Decorating and personalizing the backpack is key to success!
Program Overview
Each child will receive their own backpack with a combination of the following items: Games, Puzzles, Books, Activity Books, Markers Colored Pencils, Coloring Books, Crayons, Paper Supply Box, Pencil Case, Board Games, Cards Nerf Balls, Hacky Sacks, Bounce Balls, Crafts Sweet and Salty Treats, Healthy Snacks, Desserts
Requirements & Logistics
All your team has to do is 'show up'. The Corporate Teams facilitation staff manages the entire program from start to finish. We will work behind the scenes with Children's Hospital, purchase all the fun surprises and backpacks, customize the program delivery to your team objectives, and of course make sure that your team is engaged and having fun.
Each team will work together collaboratively to solve a series of mind-twisting challenges that test the best of teams to perform efficiently and effectively. No time to stand around - these challenges keep team members on their feet and moving. Once a team challenge has been successfully completed more supplies are earned to fill the backpacks. Team members will have the names of their recipients so each backpack is personalized with a heartfelt ‘get well’ card.
Corporate Teams will deliver all the backpacks on behalf of your company. Make a BIG difference in the life of a child challenged by illness. Your gift of heart will provide support to both the child recipient and the families.
