Liz transitioned from a career as a successful sales executive for Digital Equipment Corporation to founding Corporate Teams in 1995. For twenty-five years, Liz has built Corporate Teams into a nationally recognized provider of teambuilding and leadership development.

Over the years, Liz has created more than forty teambuilding programs and two dozen leadership training courses. As a facilitator, she recognizes that training is not about sitting in a room absorbing information. For true behavioral shifts to occur in high performance teams, it is critical to engage team members in hands-on challenges that put principles into action. When teams are expected to perform under the pressure of time, real behaviors surface. This is the critical moment when light bulbs are ignited and team members become aware of how their communication style may help or hinder the team. Only then does true development begin. Liz developed the Adventure in Leadership model as the cornerstone of Corporate Team’s mission.

Liz has worked across all levels of organizations from line staff to mid and executive level managers. She is an engaging facilitator, executive coach, and entrepreneur. Liz received her Masters in International Management from the University of Denver. She was recognized in the annual 40 Under 40 by the Denver Business Journal and was awarded the Women’s Leadership of Excellence Award by the Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce.

Liz has led sessions in small and large organizations across a wide range of industries. Some of the companies she has worked with include: PepsiCo, Johnson & Johnson, KPMG, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Abbott Laboratories, Exxon Mobil, Diageo, Oakley, Comcast, Northrop Grumman, Gilead Sciences, Thomson-Reuters, Cargill, Welch Allyn, Siemens, Google, Boeing, and the University of Colorado.
