What is the format for the DiSC Certification Training?
- The blended-learning course combines self-paced applied learning with four live virtual training sessions over a two-week period
- Learners gain access to the Wiley Everything DiSC Learning Platform to complete the DiSC Catalyst assessment and self-guided learning modules
- Virtual live sessions include small group breakouts with other learns to apply concepts and put the principles of DiSC into action
- After completing the DiSC Certification course, you will complete an open-book exam. Learners must score a minimum of 80% to pass the course
- Upon completion of the course, you will earn the credential of Everything DiSC Certified Practioner
- Our team of Certified Trainers will guide you forward and provide access to your EPIC Administrator Account and best practices for facilitating teams and/or coaching individuals
