  3. Your Groups:  Create team DiSC maps and view the DiSC styles distribution of your team.  Catalyst provides a breakdown analysis of your DiSC map(s) to highlight areas of strength and opportunities for growth.
  4. Get Advice:  Having difficulty gaining buy-in or managing tension with a colleague?  Get Advice with a colleague provides specific strategies and action steps based on your personal DiSC style and that of your colleague.
  5. DiSCology:  Dive into the nuances of the 12 DiSC styles; learn about the two dimensions of DiSC; gain insight into the key takeaways of each DiSC style; explore the research and history of DiSC.
