Robert Bosch Charity Bike Team Challenge – Drury Lane, Oakbrook, IL
The team from Robert Bosch came together to participate in the Charity Bike Team Challenge in Oakbrook, IL. The teams, while working individually to complete a series of different challenges, ultimately came together in the end to make a huge difference for a group of kids from the Boys & Girls Club of West Cook County!
As each team completed their challenges, they earned the pieces of the bikes that they needed to assemble. These challenges allowed the teams to collaborate and engage in activity within their unit. The challenges required the teams to be innovative in their solutions; to take risks, and to sometimes learn by trial and error; and to work together collaboratively as they navigated their way from strategy development, to engagement and ultimately into action. And at the end of the day, the teams needed to come together as one large group to have the impact they did!
